Who here is with me! I hate the idea of plagiarism I expressly hate the actual word because I get it all the time with my CHARMED fan fictions but this is something else entirely! My answer has been upvoted on Quora. I honestly wonder how people on Wattpad do this every day! If you can't copy and paste a story does this mean they painstakingly type up word for word of said story and pass it off as theirs? You gotta applaud their effects that would take a lot of time amd hurt their hands doing so! But if anything it's like the movie I've been watching today Identity thief. If you have the balls and the imagination to do that then for gods sake put your own efforts into your own stories! I've endered the same argument OVER my story Mortality to Magic. YES it's a CHARMED Fan Fiction but WITH a Twist to the original storyline merged with my own storyline and my Own Characters. There's a reason why it's called fan fiction. Am I making any money? No. Am I hurting anybody? No. Somebody once e-mailed the actual creators of charmed and they got mad and asked where this story was. Yet look all over Wattpad I see Charmed fan fictions. If it wasn't for the shows themselves there would be no fan fictions and without books or fan fictions that doesn't keep the shows themselves alive! Take Harry potter for example, J.K Rowling enjoys reading people's fan fiction. It's all about capturing your own imagination and fan fiction is purely writing practice that's all it is. Sorry for the rant.
