I’ve rewritten this way too many times I give up it’s just gonna be short and whatever

Adrien had never expected to fall in love with his Kwami.

But he did. He fell for her hard. 

He feels so happy every time she smiles at him, as she’s doing right now.

Chuckling, he leans towards her, cupping her cheek and gently kissing her, slipping a hand into her hair.

“You’re so cute.” He purrs to her, snuggling into her side after he pulls back.

It’s a funny moment… when you realise you’re dying. That within a few minutes you’ll be dead and gone, without so much as a goodbye to the people you care about. 

At least he’s dying for a good reason.

Some part of him always knew, if not consciously, that this would happen. He’s always destined to die for his Princess.

Blood drenches his clothing, and is smeared on her’s, but he knows it’s all his. 

His Princess doesn’t have a scratch on her. He’s dying to ensure that.

Weakly he reaches up, cupping her face gently, paying no mind to the vivid red streaks he leaves on her face.

“My only regret is that I didn’t love you longer.” 

Ignoring the shooting pain, he forces himself up further, kissing her, slipping his hands into her hair, and leaning into her, not really able to support his own weight for long with how much pain he’s in.

Kissing her goodbye, at least for this life.

Collapsing entirely, he hides his his face in her shoulder, breathing slowly as he feels his life start to fade away.

Dying isn’t so bad, Felix decides, closing his eyes. As long as Kimiko lives, he’s happy to die.

☾🐾☽ Adrien sat in his chair, after getting lectured for a good twenty minutes on his “bad spending choices”. He sighed and shook his head, of all the things his Kwami wanted to eat... it was smelly Camembert. At least he was figuring out how to combat the smell.

Plagg casually comes up to Bridgette with a bracelet in hand. Smiling, she gave off the appearance of how she normally was but, she was far from normal. Being corrupted by an akuma changed her but, she was still going to act the same. "Bridgette. I got you a gift. I took a lot of time picking it out. Please wear it?" [places this here and walks away]

   When Plagg approached her, she’d been absorbed in her homework. It was puzzling, as it often was, and she was attempting to understand the math concept. It wasn’t going well. She was eager for the distraction, but surprised by Plagg’s sudden appearance.    Bridgette jumped slightly in surprise and turned around to face the familiar kwami. She smiled broadly and took the bracelet. “Thank you! How kind.” 

   For a moment she studied it, noticing how well it suited her style and personality. It felt like an incredibly thoughtful gift. “It’s beautiful!” She ran her fingers over the carefully crafted design, tilting her head slightly. There were warning bells in her mind though, and something didn’t feel quite right.    Bridgette looked up at Plagg, refraining from putting on the bracelet on yet. “What’s the occasion? Something I should know about?” She laughed, her eyes carefully taking in Plagg’s body language. She’d learned long ago not to ignore her instincts.
