First fanfic, stopping theft advice

I asked this question on Twitter with no response yet. I’m about to publish my first ever fanfic as a series about Bucky Barnes. Any advice on preventing theft/plagiarism of my story? Any advice about which sites offer the best protections for dealing w/theft?

Sigh... yet another Indonesian company got caught with tracing artwork -__- Ngl they're selling something I would definitely buy but c'mon, tracing? This is just embarrassing. Y'all could've hired a comic artist/illustrator to handle the promotional comic series, there's so any of us. You gotta pick one or two with the art style you like. Maybe with a similar art style as Adam Ellis, maybe it doesn't have to be. Copying is one thing, but tracing is taking it too far.
