O famoso XIS GORFO de Americana. Famoso porque todo mundo na cidade chama o sanduíche assim, apesar do nome no cardápio ser 'frango sírio'. Ou mignon sírio. Bom, o pão parece sírio. Pela foto (cortesia do Kallil) não dá pra saber.

This sandwich comes from a city in São Paulo's countryside. If you are there and want to ask for one of thoses, the menu says its name is "Syrian's Chicken" or "Syrian's Mignon" (because this kind of bread is called Syrian bread in Brazil). But if you are among your friends and want to tell them exactly what you ate, you must say you had the "Cheese Gorfo" which means "Barf cheeseburger". The picture presents tomatoes, bell peppers, eggs, peas, black olives, corn, onions, cheese and a strange meat.
