PlanDo：即興約人、Gathering 話咁易

唔經唔覺，暑假已經黎到最後一個星期喇，大家又玩夠未呢～？咩話？日日摺埋係屋企冇朋友？約 Gathering 朋友又唔應約，一係就唔齊人出黎玩，唔夠意思？今次只推薦隻 App － PlanDo 俾大家解決上述既問題啦！

  有本地 Startup 團隊設計了一個社交平台－PlanDo 供用家即興約人齊齊參加活動，你鍾意做搞手的，可以開個活動出來比大家參加；覺得悶悶地唔知做咩好的，也可以透過平台找尋你有興趣的活動來參加，仲可以從中認識新朋友，擴闊社交圈子。

PlanDo 發佈了短短三個月左右，剛開始的第一個星期訊息傳送量已達到 120 萬條，而去到 6 月中，更加位列 AppStore 社交媒體類的第三位，下載量僅次於 Facebook 同 Instagram，而且香港已經有三萬名用戶。都市人日日忙住返工、返學，幾乎搵不到時間識新朋友，出去玩玩放鬆一下，即使有特如其來一天半天假期，又搵唔切朋友去玩，呢個時候 PlanDo 就幫到你製造即興機會喇。

▲PlanDo App 介面簡潔，而且用法非常簡單，但有兩個特別要求：一、要開啟定位服務； 二、要用 Facebook 賬戶登入。

▲完成以上程序就可以開始使用：Explore – 搜尋啱心水的活動、Meet – 與附近的朋友聊天 或 Moment – 分享參加活動時影的相、玩後感等等，與眾同樂。

▲PlanDo 有點像由 Event 主導的 Facebook，按入活動可見到相關資料（時間、地點、搞手），如你選擇了出席活動，就可以同搞手或其他參加者對話。

應該有不少朋友會諗到安全問題，同三唔識七的人一齊出去會唔會有危險呢？PlanDo 雖然對約出來之後發生的事不負責，但他們會監察 App 上的交流，如有特別情況便會適時警告用家。小編自己都鍾意即興搵人出去玩，唔係因為唔鍾意 Plan 定，而係工作上有太多變數會影響成個計劃，早早 Plan 定通常最後都會不了了之，而 PlanDo 睇黎都幾適合自己啦。小編覺得如果呢個 App 可以在校園內好好利用應該好好玩：開個電影聚會叫有興趣的同學一齊黎睇；開個讀書會一齊討論下閱讀心得；邀約同學一齊去 sit 某某 Professor 的堂… 不但可以認識黎自不同學系而又志同道合的同學，仲可以互相交流，不妨可以諗下係學校推廣呢！

Startup 專訪系列：開 P 唱 K 唔驚無人黎！PlanDo 團隊專訪

相信好多人都試過呢啲情況：打牌唔夠腳、唱 K 打波唔夠人、搞活動最後階段有人放飛機……臨時臨急搵人？又趕唔切；但硬著頭皮繼續 Go？又好似好蝕，甚至好似船 P 咁唔夠人直頭 book 唔到船被迫取消，真係好掃興！最近就有間香港 Startup 設計了一款約「叭」APP Plando，我們就與他們的團隊做了個專訪，睇睇他們點解會有呢個構思？

一切源於自身經歷

PlanDo 簡單來講，就係一個約一大班識或者唔識嘅人一齊玩一項活動的 APP，只要登記咗，就可以參與上面嘅活動，甚至做搞手搞壇活動出來俾人 join。當初究竟點解會有呢個構思？原來一切源於 PlanDo 創辨人之一的 Philip 的自身經歷：「仲記得係 2013 年年尾，個下突然想去旅行散下心，所以就去咗英國搵家姐。玩咗幾日家姐要番工，我就諗住睇下搵唔搵到人一齊落倫敦玩幾日，個時唯一途徑就係透過約會 APP，但約會 APP 都無得咁『突發』搵到個人陪你落倫敦，於是最後就孤伶伶咁係 London Eye 上面兜咗個圈，好慘！覺得今時今日智能手機咁普及，又咁多社交網絡平台，點解咁簡單嘅問題都搵唔到解決方法？之後番咗來香港，再做下資料搜集、修飾下自己嘅諗法，就有咗 PlanDo 嘅雛型啦。」

團隊因「緣」結合

PlanDo 今時今日的團隊，合共有 4 人：Philip 負責技術層面的工作、Daniel 就負責市場推廣、Aaron 就負責經營不同的社交平台、Rain 就負責聯絡傳媒的 PR 工作，分工十分清晰。那麼當初 4 人又係點認識？雖然好似「老套」了一點，但也是源於一個字：緣。

「我（Philip）與 Daniel 是在一個名為 Founder Institute 的初創學院認識，彼此交換了想法之後，就約出來傾傾點樣合作。仲記得有次係 cafe 度傾咗兩個幾鐘，之後有個人係 Facebook 度 add 我，問有關 PlanDo 的詳情，他就是 Aaron。原來佢係 cafe 個度就正係坐係我哋附近，聽到我哋高談闊論覺得好過癮，於是就 join 咗個團隊啦。至於 Rain，本身都係廣告界度做，又同 Daniel 過往係好多 projects 度夾慣夾熟，咁啱有次因緣際會聽到我哋嘅 PlanDo 構思，覺得好有趣，個排我哋又想搵個有 PR 經驗，兼且可以保證係媒體度有曝光率的人，於是就一拍即合！」Daniel 更打趣地說，搵 Rain 加入的另一原因，是因為她靚女：「代言人都唔洗另外搵！」

  「用家有自我保護機制」

聽完 Philip 及他的團隊介紹 PlanDo，Edward 不禁有個問題想問：「如果任何人都可以參與活動，單獨赴會會否有人身安全問題？」Daniel 就舉另一成功 Startup 例子回應：「唔知大家有冇玩過 Airbnb？去旅行要住人哋屋企喎！咁咪仲危險過 PlanDo 赴約？但事實上，用慣呢類 social APP 的用家，都會有種『自我保護機制』，他們在赴會前會先與對方用 PlanDo APP 聊天、瀏覽對方資料查證對方身份、以及通過電話認識過後，才會選擇是否應約。另外赴約時，更會特別警剔，其實比起與一般約會 APP 結識的網友約出來會更安全。」

Philip 更補充指，PlanDo 會透過網誌、廣告、Facebook 等向用戶灌輸約會安全貼士，另外每個活動都有自己的聊天室，當如果系統發現有人發出「見面」、「約出來」這些敏感字眼，就會自動向發出訊息人傳送一個訊息，指約出來後的安全 PlanDo 不會負責，不但可令赴約者或遨約人自我警剔，亦可保障公司聲譽。Daniel 進一步表示，其實 PlanDo 團隊每日都會花時間審視所有用戶傳出來的訊息，如果監察到有不良語言或訊息，會向該發出訊息的用戶提出警告、甚至有權 blacklist 該用家，令用戶不會「亂來」。

  著重全球市場 + 用戶體驗•預計發展至 5 國家

其實 Edward 聽到 PlanDo 的概念，第一時間就想起另一隻同樣係約「叭」約活動的 APP：HK2Gather。既然有 HK2Gather，點解 Philip 的團隊還要開發 PlanDo「搶生意」？Aaron 就表示兩者是有分別：「介面上，PlanDo 會比其他同類功能的 APP 簡潔，而且活動不限於只邀約 Facebook 上的朋友參加，任何 PlanDo 用家都可參與。」

  Daniel 亦補充，PlanDo 團隊其實都唔會其他同類型 APP 可能比較著重本土市場，但 PlanDo 就著重全球發展：「今年就打算係香港市場站穩陣腳之後，會推展到 5 個國家，包括：澳洲、新加坡、印尼、日本等，令大家去到外國，都可以玩快閃活動。」那麼為何不推廣至其他歐美國家？Philip 就表示，第一步希望先推廣至人口較密集、而且他們較熟悉當地文化的國家，之後才考慮發展至其他地方。

  識人兼享優惠•未來會加入付款

至於 PlanDo 由創立至今已有數月，創立時第一個星期訊息傳送量已達到 120 萬條，而去到 6 月中旬，更位列 App Store 社交媒體類別的第三位，下載量只是僅次於第一、二位的 Facebook 及 Instagram，以一間細 Startup 來講，成績已算驕人。但 Daniel 表示，公司的發展並不會因此而減慢：「我們現在正與不同公司洽談各種合作，希望 PlanDo 不只是一個可讓用家認識志同道合的朋友的平台，還可以以比門市價平 15% 至 20% 的優惠價，參與各種活動。」

另外，Daniel 更表示正研究在 PlanDo 上加入付款平台，讓用家付款上更方便：「而家 PlanDo 用家參與各種活動，是需要到現場才付現金的，但有些用家俾現金可能不方便，但活動現場又未必可以碌卡；如果唔事先付款，又擔心報咗名的人『甩底』。我哋未來就打算新增 APP 內付款功能，讓大家可以用信用卡付款，咁樣一來就算甩底主辦單位都唔會蝕底之餘，用家付款就更方便啦。」

  香港創業誘因：容易 + 成本低

在訪問中，Edward 從閒聊 4 位 PlanDo 創辦人的背景得知，原來 Philip 及 Daniel 均有在香港及外國創立 Startup 的經驗：Philip 8 年前在澳洲開設過眼鏡網購店，而 Daniel 就在幾年前於英國創立過與電訊業有關的 Startup。好多人都覺得在外國創業，機會多過香港好多。但點解他們兩位又反其道而行，「回流」香港創業？Philip 及 Daniel 就簡單綜合出兩個原因：機會多、成本低！

「係香港創業，人工相比外國低好多好多，稅亦比外國低，如果唔係要租一個大 office，成本其實相比外國係好低；而且就算外國人來香港創業，無論係申請 BR、住、食、交通、稅、甚至貿易等都好齊全同埋方便，而且政府對 Startup 的支援亦比在外國多。如果你是從事硬件開發，香港亦有地利優勢，因為好近中國，過條河就到，要搵 OEM 或者單純搵原材料，都比係外國方便同成本低。」

他們更表示，外國人比較著重 Work-Life Balance，而且工作比較輕鬆及穩定，人工又高，唔會有太多人願意放棄高薪厚職跳出 comfort zone 來創業，令他們搵合作 partner 比較困難；相比香港就會容易得多。「因為香港人雖然都著重 Work-Life Balance，但係放工時間真係要處理緊急事務都會比較願意，唔會好似外國人咁推三推四。」

不過 Daniel 都覺得，香港人才比較集中於金融及銀行業，要搵人才就要向這兩個工作群「埋堆」，比較困難。而且香港人習慣轉工轉得密，好多人都是只會在一間公司做兩年左右，就會被其他公司「刮走」：「我唔係話香港人比較現實同物質主義，只係實際上環境真係咁。」

  唔一定要衝出香港！視乎行業性質

其實今日唔少香港 Startup 都唔止睇住香港市場來做，因為不少人都覺得香港市場太細，要「做大個餅」，自然應該放眼世界！就算唔咁大，都至少放眼東南亞、甚至亞洲市場。對於呢一點，擁有豐富創業經驗的 Philip 及 Daniel 又點睇？

「我們覺得好視乎主攻什麼市場性質：如果你是社交網絡平台，要多人用先至有望上位，自然係不能局限於香港幾百萬的智能裝置用家市場，最少都要照顧其他東南亞、甚至亞洲人的需要；但如果是針對一些香港比較主流的行業，例如酒店業、旅遊業等，因為本身在香港都已經發現蓬勃商機處處，所以只係做『本土』市場已經夠做。」

Daniel 更補充話，就算你創立的 Startup 在外國十分成功，也不應該，亦不能完全將整個模式移植到香港或者其他亞洲國家，因為唔同地方有唔同的文化差異：「例如外國要去購物，都要最少駕十幾分鐘車，更遑論要搭幾個鐘飛機去其他城市購買；但係香港，落屋企樓下已有超市、便利店等店舖，就算要從最東南走到最西北的地方，都只係個零鐘的事，如果照搬外國的一套來香港、甚至亞洲其他城市，又怎會不失敗呢？」

先不考慮點「搵錢」•重點谷大用戶量

最後，相信各位 unwire 讀者都同 Edward 有同一個疑惑：PlanDo 可任由用家免費建立活動，而活動收費又是主辦人 / 單位收取，究竟整個 revenue model 係點？點賺錢？如果唔賺錢，點樣持續發展落去？Daniel 就表示其實 PlanDo 發展會好似 GoGoVan，第一步會先谷大用戶量，未來才考慮如果賺錢並持續發展落去：「因為只有多人用，才會有更多種類的活動提供出來，先可以進一步再吸引更多人用 PlanDo。

正因為用戶體驗是我哋最注重的一部分，所以第一步唔會考慮收費。至於如何持續發展？其實我們與投資者或申請不同 funding，都係以用戶人數及用戶體驗，而唔係用 revenue model 去說服對方。如果有投資者來問我哋 revenue model，每年賺幾多？若干年後可以賺到幾多？我哋寧願拒絕佢哋，因為我哋明白唔係為咗一開始透過活動賺錢，而係希望建立一個平台，令大家可以結識到一班志同道合的朋友，而且是為快閃活動而設，就係咁簡單。」

不過 Daniel 都表示，待平台用戶到達一定數量之後，加上加入了付款功能，就會嘗試與不同公司合作，提供不同的活動，例如：試餐、試玩等，而 PlanDo 就可以向主辦單位收取信用卡手續費、或者若干金額的宣傳費用，令 PlanDo 可以獲利兼持續發展。

PlanDo at IT Fest 2015

Did you visit the PlanDo booth at the Hong Kong Digital Life Carnival 2015? Decorated with blue balloons and staffed with a passionate crew, it was here that the PlanDo application marked its official launch on Google Play.

Phillip Pun, founder of the application, highlighted that the event was a great opportunity to extend the network of potential partners, and acquire early users. “As we have just launched, this event is perfect for us to warm up and gain more exposure. It is truly rewarding to see that people like the concept and walk away with the application on their phones.“

  And a little bit about my own experience, after quickly signing the waiver forms and getting ready for the bouncing dream (no jewelry, belts or zippers allowed), we were all set to go!  It takes time to get used to the feeling of constantly jumping from one place to another. But we quickly found out the daredevils among us. I even got to see one of my friends do a flip! 

  Unfortunately, within 10 minutes of our time starting, a friend injured her foot as she was trying to jump from one trampoline to another. The care and support from the Ryze team was amazing! They were very alert and efficient and soon got her on the side and propped her foot with ice. Soon we realized she could not take the pain and the team offered to call and ambulance and was super helpful! Cannot thank them enough! They even refunded all 10 of our tickets!
