few people strike fear in to the heart of joshua, but she is one of them. after wandering around gaia, and spending most of him times in the slums, joshua feels like he's seen most of the worst humanity has to offer. it didn't scare him. sephiroth does.
while sephiroth doesn't look like ultima (the silver hair makes his heart race) he sets off the same warning bells in joshua's mind. that same need to run, and hide, but the same need to drive in front of everyone to protect them from horrors they will never truly comprehend.
