#Repost @fitlia5 with @repostapp ・・・ The "Plank Walker" - ------ I love to add these to my upper body days. Also excellent for HIIT cardio. As you can see I am working my entire body. This move is excellent to strengthen your core. Increase speed with each set (Tabata style) to get that cardio in. Best part, like h don't need a gym. - ------ Pointers, it's like a plank but moving. Tighten your core and try not to move your glutes. The less the move, the more you will feel your core burning. - ----- #planks #plankwalkers
