Day 3 : ( Vegan ) Yarns A tool which is key to my work are yarns. Or rather “ vegan” yarns. I turned the business vegan in 2016 and started looking at yarns which are not animal derived. Up to today, we have been using bamboo ( from @veganyarn ) , linen and certified organic cotton yarns. We at LW are proud to be a fully vegan business and provide for garments which are knitted only with the highest quality plant based fibre. I am making a point of not using man made fibres either as synthetic fibres dyes can be highly toxic and are responsible for environmental pollution as well as causing health issues to the workers involved in the dying process . . . . . . #theveganyarn #veganyarn #veganknitwear #plantbasedfibres #sustainablefashion #ethicalbusiness #10dayschallenge #day3 #tools #fibres #practice #nottinghambased (at Nottingham, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCdapMuF_PD/?igshid=1xajtquz7w3gd
