I realized this very afternoon after years upon years of avoiding having lunch or making time for myself to have a proper lunch. This afternoon I’m having leftovers from last night’s lovely dinner. I warmed up the soup and opened my window blinds. Sat down and enjoyed my lunch. I also had some sun chips. Which was all very nice. I’m very odd when it comes to eating at “proper” times. As well as getting myself to actually get up, and preparing myself a meal. I have trouble making meals if I’m the only one eating. Having a someone around really helps me with preparing meals for myself too. I can’t stomach very heavy meals throughout the day. Having meals through out the day makes me feel full very quickly. But having small snacks helps me both fuel my body for the day as well as still being able to enjoy a decent sized dinner in the evening. This afternoon I warmed up some leftover soup from the night before, and realized soup and maybe a bag of whole grain chips or crackers on the side is a nice lunch that wouldn't be hard for me to have as a lunch most days. Seeing as the soups I want to make, are veggie friendly I’ll also get in the veggies and fuel my body needs for the day.
