We officially are one year further! It’s been a year since I started writing this digital ‘little green book’ and I want to thank all of you guys for reading along! It feels wonderful to know there are people out there actually enjoying my ranting about fruit seeds germinating in boiler closets or quests on soil compositions not causing root rot or just a picture of the eye-catching surface of a freshly unfolded new leaf. It has been a year of trial and error, of losing some but receiving so much more.

Here’s to a plantiful year for all of you! ♡

A quick and easy lunch today! Brown rice left over from Friday, and all I had to do was saute onions, garlic, red bell peppers, corn and black beans 😎 for spices, I added cumin and fennel seeds and dried oregano.
