Planting Crops For The August Season
Things have been difficult for the school and orphanage. This past spring the need was so great because of shortages for food and teacher pay that money was not available for plowing and planting the land. Last year 100 bags of maize were harvested and this was food that did not have to be purchased. This is an important initiative in assisting the school and orphanage to become more self sufficient. The opportunity to plant was sadly missed this year because of the other needs. There is another growing season starting in August and we are trusting God for $5,000 for seed and labor to be able to plant. Please join us in prayer for this important need.
