Drag Queen – vestida (offensive) or travesti. (Note: in Spanish there isn’t a word for Queens, all of them tend to be offensive). 

Gender expression – Expresión de género.

Genderfluid –  de género fluido.

Gender Identity – Identidad de género.

Gender neutral – Género neutral.

Lesbian –  lesbiana (in Argentina torta, or tortillera. In Spain bollo, or bollera. Probably offensive, unless the person refers to themself as such).

Lgbt –  Lgtb. 

MSM (men who have sex with men) – HSH (hombres que tienen sexo con hombres).

Non-binary – No binario. 

Openly gay – Abiertamente gay/homosexual

Sexual orientation – Orientación Sexual

Sexual preference – Preferencia sexual

Transgender –   Transgénero

Trans woman – Mujer trans

Trans man – Hombre trans
