Okey so I know it has been a month :D I wasn't home so it took a while. BUT it is finally here: amateur plant tour time!

Lets start with what kickstarted my plants surviving: My first Photos! She became quite long in the last year and is now stretching half across the ceiling!

After that one, I went real adventurous: another pothos! This one has some lighter green inbetween!

(There's another plant in there but my mom put it together for me and not even she has an idea what it is so if you recognize it lmk!)

Next comes one that I just absolutely love the colour of, my Philodendron! Isn't she pretty?

The same day I got her, I also got a money wort! She also had the same bright colour as the Philo, but darkened since then. I know this basically grows like a weed so it's no accomplishment, but I'm still stunned by how much she grew since I got her, she didn't reach the edges of the pot at the end of April and now look at her!

And lastly, my first forray in not-unkillable plants: my Chinese Money Plant! She's tiny and is planted directly into the pot so! Wish me luck! So far she's surviving!

Since I could talk about my babies forever, I put a few more pics under this:

First of all, I wanted to show the pretty spot my Chinese Money Plant usually lives at, with some cuttings of my Pothos, some green bottles and this gorgeous artprint by @theminttu!

Next, since I can't take pretty pictures of my money wort because she's right up against the window, I wanted to include this lil detail shot!

Fun Fact: In the first picture, she's able to grow up the curtain cause i sewed some small loops into it :D Gonna have to put in another one soon!

And lastly, 2 more of my pothos bc it's impossible to show them off well in just one, esp when you're bad at taking photos, which I am :D

I used to only have cacti because everyone says they are SO easy, but they kept dying, so I thought I would never be able to keep a plant alive. My problem was that I was drowning them, though. So a pothos, which needs water often enough for me to not overwater them, but also survives if I forget every now and again (and communicates well: the leaves get droopy when she's thirsty) was a perfect beginner plant for me and made me confident enough to try out the other ones! I can recommend them so much!

I def want to further this skill, because I already have two plants I'm kinda working towards: A monstera Adansonii and a Begonia Tamaya!
