I have found so many of these smiley face "Have a Nice Day" plastic bags all over the place. I have no idea what kind of shop they're from but certainly creates a lot of litter! White plastic prayer flag against the light. Made with white convenience store bags (I find almost daily on the streets of London), El Corte Inglés bag from the streets of Lisbon & "Puma" from left-over detritus of Chapel Market. They always distort a little during the fusing as each plastic bag is slightly different in thickness and some are made with LDPE other are made from HDPE. #plasticprayerflags #plasticprayerflagproject #makeartnottrash (at London, United Kingdom)
