With my wedding less than 5 months away, I'm embarking on a "juicing" journey. Well....I guess it's more blending than juicing, but same concept.
Tomorrow I'm going to try to have smoothies for breakfast and lunch and then have chicken and vegetables for dinner. I feel like that's a pretty good way to ease in to it and see if I like it.
I'm getting really frustrated because I'm still hovering in the upper 150's. I've been going to the gym but my diet has sucked. I have no will power when it comes to food.
Hopefully this will help me feel better and get control of things. :)
