I'm getting a phantom shift for wings, but I don't canonically have wings. I'm pretty sure I have wings in the Headspace, so maybe that's why. I got one yesterday too. I actually got a WEIRD phantom shift last night.* I could feel my ears, but instead of just being there like they usually are, they felt real and like they were burning. I raised my hands (which felt like paws and were cramping a little) up and didn't feel anything because of course it's just a phantom shift, but the burning sensation made them feel really there. Then, there was the tail, and some sort of weird pressure in my leg like it was bending back to go from plantigrade to digitigrade. It didn't hurt, just felt really weird. My snout felt like it was there**, but then my wings felt really heavy, like they were weighing me down. What is this called? Scourge says that her phantom shifts feel nothing like that, instead they feel just like a normal body part, like an arm. My phantom shifts feel like the parts I'm feeling are bursting through my skin. ;-; I know I'm not physically shifting, because when I try to touch the parts that feel like that, there's just air. Uh, I don't think our body can do that anyways... That's not really how it ours works....
