We need to take a nice long pause 💗💗💗......breathe in, pause, and remind yourself who we are playing for. We are not playing for the ones who judge us, or fight against us, we play for the ones that matter, we play for the ones that dance. We play for the ones that love us. Our life in this form can be over in a heartbeat 💞 and although they come fast💖, we never know just how many we have so each one must be honored and thanked 💝. It is our bodies and our breath that should be thanked and adorned especially when life tests us, for it is the discomfort that we tend to run from but the very thing we need to sit with. To sit and breathe and know that we are not alone and that those that love us surround us always and that is who we play for. That is what matters! . . . I’ve been focused on marketing my upcoming show and workshops. I have a solo show ‘Breathe’ from September 4th-29th 2018 #Space2bArtspace and wanted to share some thoughts on what it means to me. After listening to Jim Carrey and his playful heart quote, these words seemed to fit. I love the image of the playful heart that is that connection to our joy. Hi it's me again, it just kinda annoys me to see people still not understanding the true objectives of your blog.
