Overwatch’s rep isn’t great but I don’t know how to explain that the reaction to it isn’t super encouraging either

#playing overwatch #seeing some of the reactions to that picture…whew #y’all are suuuuper annoying #there can always be more rep in a game but the way you barely acknowledge the rep that’s there while insisting that you *know* that others #are gay just because there’s like…a liiiittle bit of suggestion that two of them #might like each other? which also btw doesn’t cancel out the possibility that one or both of them are bi or otherwise multisexual #and yet I rarely see push for the ppl you ship them with which is also…a strange feeling…#so many ppl ship pharah w mercy or mercy with Moira but I see almost no push on that post for those two to be confirmed #so many ppl scream ‘Wuyang is gay >:(‘ but Mizuki gets crickets #lifeweaver is canonically pan but ppl are…mad…because…he didn’t end up w a playable character???#I don’t know how to explain it accurately but it makes me feel like actual rep is secondary to you y’all are concerned w smth else fr #probably canon vindication for you fanart and fanfic as per usual but idk SMTH #anyway none of these characters are real and it rlly doesn’t matter and you can imagine them in any situation u want 5ever #so get good ig

I’m Overwatching on main but playing Genji for the first time in years and then having an Ana tell me her nanoboost is ready repeatedly through a 10 minute long match and Only using it on me each time she got it was horrifying. It didn’t help that I was high. I kept saying ‘understood’ while sweating nervously (and forgetting what I was doing) and guess who Ryūjin no ken wo kūrae’d so I didn’t disappoint the granny that believed in me. Wholesome Gamer.

#nano blade is so scary. I’m sorry if anyone got slaughtered by my pro gamer strat of blindly hoping for the best #just know the nano’d genji might also be afraid. his ‘SHA HYAH SHA’ is actually fear #I’m usually tank and support but I went ‘eh sure why not’ when I got dps #I was diamond in overwatch 1 but I guarantee I’m bronze in dps #prawn posts #playing overwatch
