I cheat a lot in 'em lmao (and Isometrics in general). Def there for the story and world. Just unlock the Etiquettes, make my protag OP, and leave the char RP to my own thoughts/choices rather than mechanics.

I tried to cheat but couldn’t get it to work... it did help though when i realized that I could reload my weapons

shadowrun is a bad game bc it makes me care about a character and his relationship w his brother then shows me shit like this

I couldn’t figure out how to do that and gave up

it’s pretty unintuitive. you click the picture of the weapon that shows you how much ammo you have left, and it asks you if you want to spend an action to reload

@hulderin thanks! i played half an hour of the game and it does come up now and again as do pronouns but I think I can live with it.

today is another “lie in bed for hours bc i’ve been overdoing it” day so i redownloaded shadowrun hong kong

my dragonfall character (from years ago now wow...) was a very reserved smooth talking small and nonthreatening int-based elf decker guy and i’m having a lot of fun switching it up in this game and playing a dumb punchy butch troll adept who keeps constantly dying because she has to run up to the enemies to punch them

Im only just starting this mission and im sure its gonna break bad soon but so far: help out lesbian cafe owners, talk an overworked engineer into bailing on work to get a beer, hacking into security to steal guard uniforms ???? All v good
