Holy shit the user reviews for TToN are harsh

The game is not perfect by any means but definitely not worse than, say, Wasteland 2 or Tyranny or whatever? There are totally legit criticisms, but most of those can also be applied to similar games with much higher ratings, including PST (shitty combat and walls of text? YOU DON’T SAY) and it still has a lot of good parts

I guess not measuring up to the title of THE BEST RPG EVER is enough for people to start tearing it down not to mention the whole cut kickstarter content mess

I’m 100% sure that this game would be received much better if it wasn’t called “Torment” but then would it even be made in the first place
