I do Force-Velocity Profiling to look for force- and/or velocity-deficient in my clients' fitness level. For those fitness professionals, I use video based CMJ method using four loads (body weight, 15% BW, 30% BW, and 45% BW) to look for any bias towards either force or velocity. I know it looks like a bad 90s instruction video but I created a simple to follow video for those clients that have not done the test, so they are aware of what to expect in the future.
