I have just lost all faith in Playstation
Someone bought DLC for a game I don’t own using my account, and now I’ve been banned. I contacted support, which was online because no phone support on the weekend.
What follows is the absolutely dissapointing, vague, unhelpful assistance I have received. No answers, no assurances, no information even followed up on.
I’m pretty sure all this guy just did was submit a password change. Now I’m locked out of my account all weekend, and could potentially lose all purchases and trophies, which amounts to HOURS of my life and TONS OF MONEY spent.
I have always supported playstation but this is just absolute garbage customer assistance. Are they going to refund the purchase? Unban my account? Why Am I banned to begin with? Please read the following to see how little concern or urgency playstation treats their customers with.
