I haven't used my PS4 in a few years because I didn't have a tv. I'm trying to recover my account (because my phone number changed) and it's been absolute dog shit.

You have to go through their chatbot to get to customer support.

I was waiting in the queue and it timed out even though I pressed the button. Then it says "Sorry we couldn't help you try again later".

Fuck that!

I opened a new window and went through it again to get a message that basically said "We're too busy. Try again later".

Fuck no.

So here I am waiting in the fucking queue again.
