Some dickhead just came in for lottery tickets, told me what he wanted, I printed the tickets out, and then he refused to pay for $20 worth of them when they didn’t come out like he wanted 🙄

Like if you’re going to waste money on the lottery, own up to it and pay for what you got, right?!

Now I gotta try and sell the $20 in tickets to anyone who will take them because we can’t cancel them 🙄

✨💵 SCRATCH TICKET WIG 💵✨⠀ ⠀ Here’s the latest installment of my quest to make wigs out of everything but hair!  ⠀ Like many artists, I collect (*cough*....hoard) useless items I find pretty or interesting thinking they might come in handy some day. Losing scratch tickets are just one example of this. Ever since I was a kid my family has bought each other lottery tickets for xmas and birthdays. While my uncle usually takes some of the losers home to enter in second chance drawings, over the past few years I’ve started to snatch the rest from the trash 😂 I literally had no intention of what to do with them until now.⠀ ⠀ I decided to complete the look with some coin shaped earrings. They’re solid metal and so heavy I had to duct tape them on! They’re not actually earrings though, I won them at an arcade in Seattle when I was 9. Another example of keeping junk for future use. It finally paid off though!

What’s the thing with the lottery tickets being talked about in whatsapp chats in skam esp? Or are they not important

They are used to get money for the Mallorca trip!! It is pretty common here to sell lottery tickets for that (just last weekend two little girls made my mother buy a couple ones!) Specially near Christmas, as we have the National Lottery coming up, the most important lottery in the year!!

What would you do if you won?

I’d totally buy a ton of farm land with a lake and barn and plenty of open meadow, but some forest, too, where I’d offer a forever home to all animals in need and live out my days like Noah.

I’d also write books and not even care if they were published or if I made money from them. I’d start a business — maybe an art gallery, or a cafe with my firefly art adorning the walls, or a food truck because food trucks are awesome and could help feed the hungry in every town.

If not a food truck, I’d acquire an RV and travel every state until I’d seen everything I wanted to see. I’d road trip in an RV for about a year before returning to the farm to tend the earth and animals. My farm would be a non-profit, no-kill animal sanctuary, where all animals could live together like in the garden of Eden. I would always have a Veterinarian on call, and all animals would get the best of care and live the best of lives.

Lastly, I’d take time to travel doing missionary work all around the world or wherever I could go with people in need. I’m sure there’d be much more I’d do and places I’d go and people I’d help if I won the fucking lottery 😂
