Could be, I definitely think Rebecca will be a major villain and Lisa will either have to defeat her or convince her to give up and be a better person.…which might be a tall order.

Chuck doesn't have the greatest success with weddings, so he might not be keen to rush into another. And I share your concern about a potential affair, but at least Lisa's so in-your-face that I think she'd probably just break things off rather than sneak around. But the Kite Man/Ivy/Harley relationship drama was my least favourite part of that show, so yeah, hopefully they won't do that again.

Wow, I really hope that won't be the case :\ Just hoping that the September cover is a legitimate Evan appearance and not actually a misdrawn Sam, which I'm now fearing might be possible. Geez, DC :(

I suspect DC underestimates the number of Rogues fans, or at least it sure seems like it considering the way they treat the Rogues most of the time. They're clearly aware of the Batvillains' popularity and cater to that crowd, but not so much the Rogues'. I'm sorry about Evan and am really hoping this is all a fakeout :(

Yeah, Noonan's getting destroyed does seem like a good bet. I don't know if the showrunners are hoping for a second season or not, but if they are then they've got to write an ending which either continues later or is a true finale for the show.

Not sure, but there probably isn't anyone they know who they can safely give it to. I wonder if Malice will come into play because she's from Apokolips, but she probably isn't safe to give it to either.

I know one of the writers of Damian's solo series was talking about having him eat meat again because it was culturally appropriate on his mother's side, but I didn't actually read the series and have no idea if he followed through with that. DC's got a habit of having characters flirt with vegetarianism and then walking it back for various reasons…Superman and Poison Ivy are other examples. I guess that's par for the course with characters written by different creators who've got different interpretations.

Probably not long -- there are three episodes left this season, and now Luthor and Helen Villigan are gunning for it so Darkseid likely isn't far behind. That plot and Lisa's mum will (presumably) have to be dealt with before the season ends…and it'll be interesting to find out whether the show continues beyond that point.

I find myself having weird conflicting emotions about this plotline because my mother and mother-in-law are/were not great and I'd like to see some consequences for the damage shitty parenting inflicts, but I also like to see villains redeemed and would be happy if she made amends and at least attempted to be a caring mom. I dunno, it's possible this plot is way too personal for me 😅

Me too, although as one of the show's main protagonists I doubt that'd happen. She may get separated from Chuck though (like one ends up on Apokolips or something), but I hope that doesn't happen either!

When she was first introduced, her hair was long and the bangs covered her forehead. But during the Valentine special, it was cut short and it had some blonde highlights.

Yeah, but some people like to change their hairstyles to whatever's trendy or they think looks good, so maybe she just wanted something different! As someone who fights physically at times it's probably a good idea to keep her hair short, TBH, so another combatant won't be able to easily grab it.

I think you're probably right! There might even be the one-two punch of both Villigans and Darkseid at the same time, so Lisa and Chuck will probably have their hands full. Maybe Len will help out?
