If ganking him at the end was the plan from the start. Still stupid but it somewhat explains it? Even if they're not using Sam for anything right now as far as I know.
Wow, I really hope that won't be the case :\ Just hoping that the September cover is a legitimate Evan appearance and not actually a misdrawn Sam, which I'm now fearing might be possible. Geez, DC :(

I suspect DC underestimates the number of Rogues fans, or at least it sure seems like it considering the way they treat the Rogues most of the time. They're clearly aware of the Batvillains' popularity and cater to that crowd, but not so much the Rogues'. I'm sorry about Evan and am really hoping this is all a fakeout :(

Yeah, Noonan's getting destroyed does seem like a good bet. I don't know if the showrunners are hoping for a second season or not, but if they are then they've got to write an ending which either continues later or is a true finale for the show.

Not sure, but there probably isn't anyone they know who they can safely give it to. I wonder if Malice will come into play because she's from Apokolips, but she probably isn't safe to give it to either.
