No DSL connection for almost a week now. Reason provided was "System Migration within our area" (Zip code is 1113). Again, it's almost "A WEEK" now. No deadline/turn around time given. Open service ticket # 7776989 (Filed since 11/08/2014). Calling everyday to update the status, however, it is still the same.
