Hi, I decided to post two photos between before and after fixed our internet router / modem. So I’m gonna explain it right now.
July 25th: It all happens last 2 weeks of Saturday at 6:06 PM, when our internet router was completely unused and blinking red continuously on the LOS, while others are green lit from 'Power’, ‘Wifi 1′ and ‘Wifi 2′. And not just our internet modem / router was affected, but also our telephone (w/ removable android tablet, please see picture) too... 😟
We are doomed without internet surfing 😣, so me and my mom decided to call the telecommunication company 📞to fix our problem and we’re requesting a technician as well to check our situation. At the same time we’re going to switch to pocket wifi (look at the picture) and load with money for the mean time. The only problem was limited usage, meaning I won’t be go unlimited internet surfing for a very very long time 🙁 and not to mentioned it only has low internet speed 🐌 compare to our internet modem/router. We’re always load ₱50 for 1 GB (using our real Philippine Peso money 💵), which is good for 3 days while we’re keep calling to call center agent from telecommunication company for a follow up request. Yes, we’re keep calling to the telecom company everyday from different call center agents in one HQ building, my mom and dad even try to the nearest telecom company center with some social distancing line and they’re waiting for about 4 to 5 hours, not to mentioned the scorching sun was heating up... We’re keep calling and using limited internet access using pocket wifi for two weeks straight with no technicians coming in to our premises, which is very sad to us.
Then the next week of Monday, our technicians 👷♂️👷♂️are finally arrived at around 9 AM or 10 AM (I think) while I was already sleep. They’re only here for checking our problems and my mom said to me from the technicians that our internet modem / router was not the problem, but rather a ‘wiring issue’ from the outside post. The technicians say that they’re promise to go back and fix our problem 🔧 so we’re wait once more, until they’re not... Me and my mom just scratching our foreheads and wondering why they’re not coming back 🤔❓, so we’re immediately calling to the telecom company once more... Actually we’re attempt to call them a couple of times now 📞from day to night and even midnight because our telecom company offers 24 hours 🕛, even during pandemic.😷
Aug 4th: Fast forward hours later, our technicians was finally arrived once again and they’re finally fixed 😃our internet and telephone problem which as you can see the picture down below. The ‘VOIP’, ‘Phone 1′, ‘PON’ and other things that mentioned are now green lit 📶, which means we’re back to our unlimited internet access with breakneck speed unlike our pocket wifi. (Yeah well not really because we’re still the slowest internet speed in the world, *sigh* bummer 😟). And not only that, but our telephone was back as well 📞.
So now everything is back to our normal internet lifestyle and my mom was able to finish her duty school task(s) 😊.
As for me I could finally want to continue my review of first Drawing Tablet by recording video(s) and testing out 🙂🖊️, which is coming up soon this month, but I’ve got few things to get settle with.😉
