(I should mention that this is all in a very positive/affectionate tone, I love hearing them ramble about their special intrests also I'm also numero divergent so I can make jokes abt it)

Oki so once upon a time (like 5 months ago) their nuerodiverngent ass was hyper fixated on hamlet (the play) (to a point where they were getting g the friend group to actually put on the play (we had a few practices but it fizzled out sadly) )

Anyways so um they like did a lot of analysis of the scripts and like watching different iterations of the play bc hyper fixation and one day they we're texting g me about their findings they came to the conclusion that hamlet and horatio (I think that's his name) were More or less 100% undoubtedly gay for each other

and right after that they were like 'and with this conclusion I must cast the two most capable people in our friend group of doing silly gay shenanigans together'

And so I asked their ideas and they had two parings in mind

1 two guys in our friend group who are both straight but give off very good gay vibes

2 them as hamlet and me as horatio

I say this because your inside joke suggestion gave me an idea

I could ask them to be the hamlet to my horatio

But I'm that might be kinda cringe
