Hello geepods what is your FAVORITE cephalopod

MY favorite cephalopod is a vampire squid, which I've already ranted about but if given the chance I will again. They're so fucking awesome, I love the history they carry and how strangley smart they are, like I know glowing arm tips doesn't seem THAT smart, but considering they don't have much of a change to defend themselves like.. ever.. it's DOPE!! they also don't have ink sacks, they have more of a goo that they use to distract predators, like ew but YESSSSS!!! I wish they were less "rare" but in the environment they live in I understand that reproduction is more hard

My second favorite is a Strawberry squid which unfortunately I don't know a ton about, but they're GORGEOUS!!

Idk if this falls under the lore dumping for BVB but it is a question that constantly burns inside me: Vale and Wretched & Divine. There is 1 Kerrang or Rock Sound article out there that says Vale is the prequel to W&D and I vehemently disagree with this. To me, Vale is the sequel not only because of its thematic content (regret, saying goodbye to something you’ve built up, etc) but also based very much on the tiniest bit of lore we get from the Wake Up MV. It seems a modern, advanced world than the barren landscape of W&D, so in my head it’s always been that at the end of W&D, the Wild Ones mostly conquer FEAR and then get to build (or rebuild) the world. Giving FEAR time to lurk in the shadows and regroup, spread its tendrils to places of power, and then strike back much, much later in Vale

would love to know your thoughts!! (also sorry this turned out so long, the whole interconnecting arc of the Wild Ones and dystopian worlds in their albums is my Roman empire tbh)

I definitely agree with what you said and I’ve always thought of Vale as the ending to the story of the Wild Ones that began in W&D. Especially given the context of when Vale was released. Given the fact that it was nearly the last Black Veil Brides album, I think it’s safe to say that it represents the closing of a chapter in the lore. I actually hadn’t even thought of the juxtaposition of the barren Mad Max esque landscape of W&D with the technologically advanced/modernized world of Vale with the Wake Up video so good on you.

Favorite plot moment in any Zelda game?

OOOHHH man

There’s a lot, I really love the part in Skyward Sword when Zelda has to seal herself, I know she points out that she “used” Link but I don’t see it that way? I mean, Link could have stayed on Skyloft and waited for some other knights to figure out how to look for her but he was having none of that shit! I just love that whole moment, even after what Zelda tells him he just runs to her because he wants her back ya know? I also love the part when she’s able to break free from being sealed for so long! That whole moment is just heart warming omg!

I religiously watch all the memory cutscenes in BotW as well because I adore them! I love Zelda’s personality and growth and people may argue that Link doesn’t have a strong personality but I don’t see it that way at all! I love the champion cutscenes as well, I think my favourite part plot wise though? After Ganon wakes up and everything goes to garbage the few cutscenes after that, Zelda’s growth within those memories, those are probably some of my favourite, I also cried at the end of the game if that counts

I really love The Legend of Zelda and it’s hard to express in words most of the times, this is also a very good question thank you!
