I just want to set the record straight now before anyone starts getting mad at me or accusing me of stuff.

I like Harry Potter.

I grew up with it, was a kid when it came out and it was my favorite book series ever. I also had the audio book on cassette (Yes I’m kinda old) and I collected the toys. I even had a big Hedwig sleeping bag I for years. I went to Universal Studios right after my dad died and the magical feeling of the Harry Potter World helped bring me out of a very bad place.

What I am saying is I like Harry Potter. What I am NOT saying is that I agree with what people say what the author of the books believes.

I am STRONGLY against discrimination towards people of the LGBTQ+ community. I support trans rights and only wish to see them happy. I wish to see everyone happy as long as it doesn’t bring harm to others.

I just want my friends and followers to know that if they see anything Harry Potter related on my page, I swear it is only for the Wizard World that had been created from the books. J.K. Rowling may have written them, but it was the fans who truly made it into the special world it became.

So please, let me enjoy my childhood while I continue to spread kindness and understanding to those who need it. If you do not feel I deserve that, then I am truly sorry I have offended you and you are free to unfollow. Thank you.
