they’ve been working on the balconies for over a month now??? i’m so fucking tired of this. the balcony is RIGHT outside my living room window (i can get on the balcony if i open one window and push out the screen) so it’s incredibly noisy and there’s dust and shit coming in...WHY! IS! THIS! TAKING! SO! LONG!!!!! they’re very small balconies, and this ordeal happened all throughout the time I was completing assignments last month. Which was a while. And then some!! please.
