okay, so we get to the club around 5ish, with doors scheduled to open at 6. There's a much longer line than expected, like going down the block and around the corner a little. So, we make the block, get Adam out, and go to the venue. On our way to the back we spot a staff guy giving out lovely black x's to mark our underagedness. So we stop him to ask about wheelchair accessibility and where we could buy a ticket, for Adam. The guys say we just couldn't get upstairs, which was fine, and that the concert was sold out, but he had an extra ticket in his pocket. So he pulled it out, and gave it to Adam. FOR FREE. So, we just got a free ticket, awesome start.

Then, we go to our spot in line, get these Marina giveaway things, don't win anything, but w/e we just got a free ticket. So after freaking out about that and waiting till 6:20 with random teen girls with hearts on their faces, a staff guy comes up to us and goes "Gather your party and come to the front please, we'll be letting you in first." WE JUST GOT LET IN FIRST, ONLY BEHIND MEET AND GREET PEOPLE! So, we giddly go to the front, thank everyone and go to the closest we've ever been to a stage. We were 6 ft from the stage tops, like 2 ft from the edge of it. We met some cool people from Miami and then ignored women trying to get their 12 y/o to the front because that shit was annoying.

So, finally, at 7, Icona Pop comes on and fucking rocks it. Like they were amazing. The red head girl sang to me like 4 times and it was awesome. Then in the 2nd to last song, she saw Adam, got down on her knees and sang to him, then when he gave her a heart, she blew and kiss and pointed straight at him. So not only did they make his night, they fucking rocked the crowd for being an opener. 

Then we waited whilst Marina's set was being made magical. Also, Adam's dad had connections with some guy, who sent a guy from a record label down and got Adam a signed poster from Marina! He gave him that, then left.

Then she came out in a black bra and skirt combo thing, looking awesome, and sang Homewrecker with a veil,and I am not a robot and something with cuckoo and then some other stuff that I don't remember super well. Then she went changed into her pink outfit, sang Primadonna with her puppy, and Bubblegum Bitch I think, and just was pretty awesome. Then she sang some ballad no one really knew and left. For her encore she came out in a beautiful sparkly blue gown, and a Teen Idol sash and sang a slow rendition of Teen Idle alone, then her band came out and we aaaaall jammed to How to Be A Heartbreaker, and closed and left. 

Honestly, I wasn't super impressed with her performance wise, but she was an amazing singer, and was so adorable and cute up close. She was super staged in her primadonna mindset, but I loved it all. The entire thing was awesome.

Then we got awesome pizza, got told that some black guy loves us, Adam mostly, and saw some street artists, and then went home.

I had a great time, and so did Adam and I'm so happy about this concert, and Adam should be so happy that his first concert was this amazing.
