Pledge to Progress!!!
Before I go so my pics, let me just say this. This month, the progress has happenned a lot MENTALLY. My head got better. More happy thought, less darkness. I've been happy with training, even those weeks I only got to go once, or twice. I've been positive about my lifts, my look, my body. I feel like I got my sexy back. I got piercings I'd been thinking about for a long time but wasn't confident in getting. I used to think: "a whale won't look good with those"... But as my head started switching back to positive, the piercing became more and more of a possibility. And then I did it and I love it! There's been progress with Man too. We talked. Talked about us. I talked about me, he talked about himself, we talked about our family, our couple... I've also made progress about identifying MY needs. Being a bit more me-myself-and-I in those social worker's meetings. Talking about why I want, need, deserve... And now I'll go do the pics...

I’ve been feeling stronger and such so I thought it would be a good time for Progress Pix! From January to now there’s about a 6 pound difference. The shorts don’t feel tight anymore! I’ve had better control of my sweet tooth and trigger foods. I’d like to gain more muscle and strength to achieve inversion and balance (yoga) goals. Overall, I feel good!
