the boogeyman chose the skin suit of ms. maldonado in an attempt to craft the perfect image of your typical girl - next - door. in all her years of lurking beneath beds and leering from closet doors, she's lost count of how many posters she's seen featuring glamorized women plastered all over walls. actresses, musicians, adult stars, etc. they were all piled into the bogey's psyche and served as fodder for what would eventually become renata herself.
considering she's an amalgamation of what an eldritch horror perceives to be the ideal girl, there are a lot of cracks in the foundation. often she can be seen strolling around town with an unflinching smile on her face, the corners of her lips pulled up just a tad too far. giggles may come out rehearsed and harsh as if she pressed play on a sound board rather than using human vocal cords.
