The Elementary school I work for is closed for the next three weeks which makes me very sad (I work in an underserved community who rely on the free meals received at school.) But! I just received news that we're serving breakfast and lunch to students & their families during the closure. Basically they get to come by and pick up their to go meals curbside (being as cautious as possible to protect everyone) drive-through style. This reassured me that our community knows we are together in this.
through all of this hysteria it’s so good to hear pockets of stories like this, I’m so glad your kids will be taken care of on that front at least. thank you for sharing 💞
