Something is better than nothing!
I've recently started actively caring about my health and the environment, and actually making changes. The reason why I never did before was that I was standing in my own way. I was telling myself "nah I can't commit to doing this every day". Until I realised I don't have to.
Only eating meat once a week is still making a change. Drinking a nutrient shake or taking supplements every other day or whenever it's convenient is still better than not even trying. Using washable pads and sandwich bags when you're at home but plastic ones on holidays still means you cut down on plastic waste. Washing your dishes with eco-friendly products and only using chemical ones when you've got stubborn stains on your pans is still a positive change.
So I've started doing little steps, and I won't beat myself up about not doing everything all the time. I'm doing what I can, when I can. And that's better than nothing.
