Extreme nucleus size in an Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma (UPS)
i❤️histo
Pleomorphism is a #pathology term used to describe variation in the size of nuclei within tumor cells in a tissue. It is usually used when the size variation between smallest and largest is at least 3x. This particularly cell (seen here mirrored to create two eyeballs) is dramatically larger than the tiny nuclei surrounding it.
