You’ve said that you don’t like the way that Rocket Raccoon looks. If you were given carte blanche to redesign him, how would he look? Please don’t feel obligated to answer if you don’t want to. Thanks.

It keeps the basic necessities of the character--primarily bipedal, scrappy and engineer-looking, etc--while also making him look more like a raccoon instead of a small horrible man? The limbs are thicker and the head is bigger--this makes him cuter in addition to making him more proportioned to an actual raccoon. 

I don’t have any knowledge about the character’s lore (and please don’t explain it to me i don’t care about superheroes lasdkjfjl) but if I were a scientist rebuilding a raccoon from scratch to be good at piloting and firearms, I think it would be WAAAY more effort that it’s worth to make him proportioned like a human, rather than let him use his natural abilities in addition to manmade ones.

My google-fu has failed. I hope you can help. Harry is writing letters to Voldemort and the Order intercepts them. Over time, the letters get more outlandish until the Order intervenes and Arthur and Molly offer Ginny to Harry as a bride to keep him from going to the dark. Turns out, the letters are a plot between Harry and Ginny because they wanted to get married, but her parents wouldn’t let them. Thanks!

Jamie Campbell Bower briefly played Gellert Grindelwald in Deathly Hallows... They could have brought him back, but got Johnny Derp instead. *grumble* Any thoughts on JCB as GG?

I’m afraid I must admit that I barely remember him. He would likely play the part well enough, but if they’re going for a war-era Grindelwald I assume he’d be too young? Still, better him (or anyone I list here) than the other.

I’d love to hear your and everyone else’s thoughts on the subject, though. :)

I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Hogwarts Guardians by Marcus S. Lazarus, a Power Rangers crossover. Voldemort gains power from the Rangers' old foes so Harry, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione become the Hogwarts Guardian Power Rangers. They team up with various past Rangers, fight monsters, hunt horcruxes, travel dimensions, and defeat Voldemort.

Dawn is a pollen-hued hour, when the sun slips its fingers over the landscape and fills shadows with color and heat, waking singing things and kicking the last layer of night’s dust from the eyes.

The sauropods greet dawn with yawns and sighs, then begin feeding. Their bellies are too large to waste time with daybreak rituals. Spotted juveniles, muscles less stiff from sleep, gambol between their parents’ legs. One of them bumps its mother’s ankle and receives a sharp, scolding bray. It mews back, half in obedience, half in defiance, as children are wont to do.

Dawn becomes day. The sun climbs and its touch is less gentle. The forest doesn’t mind; it welcomes the heat and light. 

Blinding sun-reflections flare on the river’s surface. It almost looks like the water is on fire, with a molten spot flashing yellow and white. Dragonflies skim though it, dip near the water where freshwater sharks gape and snap, hoping to catch insects that fly too low, their weird smiles looking like black crescent moons breaking the flashes of river-carried sunlight.
