Hi! I came from your Instagram because I just wanted to say how fun your characters are. I saw Dani and Robin some time last year, when you posted the art piece where they were sleeping and Robin was hugging a pillow while Dani was sprawled out beside him, and have been around since then! Literally every time they pop up, I'm thrilled to see them. You've made such a brilliant dynamic between them, and as a trans dude in his 20s, it's really nice to see, especially because of how they both have different relationships to transitioning and everything. Honestly, they've made me feel more comfortable in my own identity, especially Dani; we look similar, and it's made me feel more comfortable with things like letting my hair grow long or having a tall/lean body type like his. Not to mention that feeling while looking at your art of "there are other people like me." This is a very long message, but I just wanted to say thank you for letting us see your amazing art and get to know your wonderful characters<3

(I can't comment on the art itself because people who don't technically know I'm a guy would see my comments, but please know that if I could, you'd be getting an incredibly enthusiastic comment from me on every post. Your art style is gorgeous, your characters are incredible, and I'm rooting for Robin and Dani's relationship!)

I want you to know that this means every to me. At the start of this journey with Dani and Robin I not only wanted to create characters I would have love to see while I was figuring out my own stuff, but for people to know that there are different times for everyone, my own journey started later in life, but I felt bad because of it. Now I know that it was the perfect timing for me, but that doesn’t mean is the same for everyone.

And I wanted to capture that in them. Also helped that at the same time of their creation, I was getting into a relationship with my bf rn (whom without knowing changed everything in the story).

It feels way more gratifying to see how much they help people to feel seen and not alone, than any other thing.
