Yep, this sounds kinda like a Scam, but you can search it, it's a real thing. I'm just trying to help.
If you are an Android user you need to know that if you have non-registered apks (Pirated Apps) it'll be harder to use them. This is because in 80 days, if an app doesn't have a paid permission and some information of the creator, then the app will not be capable to be installed on the device.
This is terrible for software like F-Droid, Emulators, Ad-free music service, pirated games, and a lot of apps!
