Idk if you take fix prompts bit if you do I have a few
1) I feel like it would be cute for Casey to be around for Derek's daughter's first peroid and for Derek to freaking out a bit but not because he's grossed out but because he thought he had more time time with his baby girl before puberty kicked in
2) maybe you could write a oneshot of one of the kids being nervous to come out purely because it's a big life moment and said kid starts acting weird and it worries both of them a little until the kid can't take it anymore and just blurts it out
