        Isaac swings long, gnarly looking legs off the small         ledge he has perched upon in the nurses office, book         splayed in his jean-clad lap. He’s begun to learn braille,         opting out of the chaos of the cafeteria to rather borrow some         of the dotted books that the nurse held in her office. And         so there he is, enjoying the sterile scent of an otherwise         foul smelling establishment, when the door creeks open         only slightly to allow a frail girl to slide into the seat next         to his. The curtain of blonde hair that separates their         eyes makes conversating tough, but Isaac pierces the         stagnant air with small talk.
