Barbudo Polar & El Rey del Low Cost: El reto de vestir a un gordo con menos de $1000 Pesos.

El Rey del Low Cost es una sección de The Police Chic Magazine un medio enfocado a moda lidereado por Niguel Ibarguren, al cual sigo desde hace ya un buen rato, cuando entré a la sección me sorprendió mucho leer sus contenidos porque resuelve un problema que todos podemos tener, cómo vestirse con poco dinero y obteniendo buenos resultados.

Estuve pensando de qué manera podría hacer eso un reto aún más díficil porque hasta el momento no he tocado el tema del costo en las prendas que adquiero y eso es porque muchas veces las prendas que son low regularmente tienen un límite en las tallas, así que desde hace algunos años decidí sacrificar el tema del precio siempre y cuando fuera algo que me quedara bien (o sea que fuera XL o XXL). Le di varias vueltas hasta que me contacte a Niguel, acordamos reunirnos, lo que sucedió estuvo super cool y lo relato a continuación a modo de lista para se den una idea:

1) Lo primero fue hacer un poco de observación para definir algunos estilos que encajaran para ambos (porque aunque no lo crean, obvio le consulte y deje en sus manos parte de la decisión sobre lo que iba a comprar y a ponerme)

2) Una vez definido el estilo y con las observaciones de Niguel estuvimos buscanndo entre lo más recondito de las tiendas y las nuevas colecciones, además de lo que estaba para rebajas, las que visitamos fueron: Pull and Bear, Bershka, H & M, C and A, Quarry y Lefties.

3) Posterior a toda la observación, hicimos una pre-selección sobre lo que se ajustaba al presupuesto y obviamente complementara el estilo, en general pudimos hacer varias combinaciones entre una y otra tienda, también nos volvimos locos con algunas chamarras y furry's de H and M (de la sección de woman)

4) Finamente llego el reto, al menos para mi, ENTRAR AL PROBADOR y tal como les decía al principio el tema de la talla puede ser determinande y como me imagine tuvimos que descartar algunas opciones, pero al tener otras en vista logramos el objetivo, evidentemente me sentí como Serena Tsukino después de gritar ¡por el poder del prisma lunar!

5) El costo total del outfit completo fue de $926.00 (me sobro para comer) y sin más que decir acá les dejo las fotos que nos tomamos ese día.

En general la experiencia fue muy buena, la idea era mostrarles como pueden vestirse con una cantidad reducidad de dinero y además sin importar el tema de la talla (porque BarbudoPolar Aproveded que  si hay XL y XXL) Igual como tip general traten de ir a estas  tiendas en centros comerciales grandes, porque es donde regularmente llevan toda la colección de la temporada y en todas las tallas en las que esté disponible, el último de los casos la otra recomendación es que vayan a hacer scouting a las tiendas y lo que no encuentren de su talla lo pidan en línea.
