pluspero,,,, but it’s Prospero who never meant to push Pluto away when suggesting he make friends. Bad at tone, bad at clarity, not knowing that opposing teams would form when he and Pluto had spent confused nights laughing, leaning on one another. And when Pluto returns, having survived from the maze, Prospero takes his head in his hands and pulls him close. And maybe they press their beds just a bit closer and lock hands together, just talking, just going through all the horrific things they saw or knew. And Prospero can see the smile on his face. And he knows. He knows Pluto is going to slip away and out of his reach. And he just prays that at the end of each day, he’ll come back and lock their hands together again. Like this.
First ask properly answered, wow

Aaaand:
I know it's kind of ooc (doubt Prospero would hold someone's face, let alone without gloves) but I kept him without it to show how he's more concerned with how Pluto is alive. Plus vulnerabilty.
Plus the bit of them talking
And I might add onto this. Specifically a panel redraw of Prospero telling Pluto to make more friends, because him coming across as meaner than intended is funny in a sad way, and one of them pushing the beds together a bit more.
Thank you SO SO MUCH for sending this. I love the detail you went into in it.
I've been thinking of Plutospero a lot more often recently and now, this is 'done'. Like, I hope in the upcoming chapters we see more of them. And (Ive said this a thousand and one times before) Prospero looking scared at the possibility of Pluto being dead rotates in my brain veeeery often.
Once again, love what you wrote :D
