like, as i said, i won’t be able to watch it for at least a few days yet, so i have no idea if it’s got any substance or what’s the context and i especially have no idea if it’s being handled in a way i could get behind of—parallels, parallels, their fathers’ legacies, their altean heritage, their mothers, the weight of a kingdom/an empire, the contrast between allura wanting to live up to, while lotor wants to surpass, just, parallels!!!1—and i’ve no idea if it’s gonna end in a backstabbing or whatever, but! i! look! forward! to! it!

kallura IS just rly uncomfortable. like. the scene they had where they hugged and she apologized was just. bad. excluding the horrible racist undertones of that whole arc between the two of them? it was just bad.

thank you! also even if the creators are just now coming out saying that she’s a teen (even if it’s late teens), she has been portrayed as and treated like an adult during the whole series and actively trying to set up a teen and an adult in a kid friendly show isn’t right.

ok so i was at work so. can someone explain the echo thing? are they just the different skins or?

echo fighters are characters whose movesets are based on other characters! like dark pit is pit’s echo fighter, lucina is marth’s, etc. it’s just a way to get other favorite characters into the game without having to think up entirely new/separate movesets!
