PHAT Tuesday team mate Bill Snapper get his 2013 Pan Mass Challenge video/slide show featured on the PMC web site! Not only was this his 25th year riding the PMC, but it was also the first one he rode with his brother Howard! This was the first time Howard Snapper rode the PMC.
