we got more on the Pokemon md, lmk crossover!

macaque got summoned into super mystery dungeon. Wukong still brought his partner with him but their adventure is still laced with tragedy. But having the sassiest bird probably ever, helped out quite a bit.

So in super mystery dungeon your partner fades away (forgive me for brief explanations it’s been a hot minute) but do to some magic shenanigans, Macaque takes their place, and he gets sent back to his own world in exchange for ensuring that Piplup remains.

because he actually found someone to talk about his own issues with. They share their lives and stories and much to macaques shock he grows to trust Piplup, as much as it terrifies him, Piplup promises that he will never leave him. And if he ever breaks that’s promise Mac needs to punch him in the face. Piplup loves to gossip and they chat a lot in the dungeons. The two hardly even think about ‘maybe I shouldn’t talk about this’ when it comes to personal issues. But only with each other someone else trying to talk to them about it is like pulling teeth.

they both watch as people they learn to love and trust are turned to stone, the entire world diving into a panic with pokemon disappearing and turning to stone. And eventually fighting the root cause of it all. It’s terrifying, it’s traumatic. The two will pay attention to how the other is responding and will try to get in the way when any trauma comes back up.

but after their adventures they are unable to keep their promises to stay together. It’s doomed from the start. Regardless of how it went one was going to disappear.

mashing my two autisms together to create the ultimate autism; pokemon mystery dungeon x fosters home for imaginary friends; bloo is a piplup and mac is a riolu. i'll be sure to give bloo more unique traits that screams "this is bloo!" later on.

i remember playing gates to infinity and a little bit of super mystery dungeon (i restarted both games so i can replay them later; even if i haven't finished the latter)

I am compiling a bunch of shots of every single relation to the previous PMD games IN MY PHONE AND ITS GETTING MORE AND MORE! Tumblr is not letting me upload that many pics so... 

On another note, it makes me wonder what would happen if one of the previous PMD protags ended up as the Super Mystery Dungeon Protag with all their memories... and realised that in this timeline, they did not exist, and the event that lead to their existence never happened, thus the friends they made from previous towns and islands all have no memory of them (Except Hydreigon, who knows the human anyways.). I think it would be devastating for the Protag, who realises that their partner (from PMD 1 or 2) would never achieve their dreams or go as far as they would have without them. The only real friend they would have, would be Hydreigon, who recognises them as one of the humans who had been called by him (May not be the same human protag that destroyed the Bittercold since Emolga, Dunsparce, Cinccino, Victini and Rampardos don’t recognise them). 

Their current partner would constantly remind the Protag of what they have lost just by presence alone, and the Expedition Society is a painful reminder that the Wigglytuff Guild exists, but they were never a part of the Guild in this world (If the Protag is from PMD2).
