Since you have pokemon of all types, from fire slugs, feathery birds, literal ice cream cones, what would a 'standard room temperature' even be in the PMD world?

World-building idea:

If Pokemon were made as they are without Darwinian evolution, what if they didn't get the little stuff? No yawning, photosensitive sneezing, no weird useless bones, etc. But you can take this idea further if you want, to include stuff like no passive healing as a drawback to having berries, or no spinal reaction to touching a hot stove.

Are obligate predators a thing in your setting?

How do they get meat? Or is it all berries and we don’t think about it?

(A hard question every PMD Author has to face - the ethics of being a predator in a world where even the flowers can be sapient. There's been a lot of interesting was this has been handled, and even more interesting ways it's been swept aside.

How do you handle illnesses in your setting?

(Weird question, but it IS always interesting to see if and how illnesses are treated in a PMD setting. Famously, PMD: Seekers of Soul has humans insanely susceptible to even the common cold, due to having 0 immunity built up in their newborn bodies. Other times, authors opt for more mystical, curse-like illnesses...
