I got a strawberry lemonade yesterday and I can't describe how much my emotion related pms symptoms were alleviated... so I've had 2 more since... I know my pms symptoms are linked to my iron deficiency somehow... which I've always had but I'm pretty close to being a pretentious vegetarian lately and I'd sort of prefer to keep it that way so yeah, I need to keep more of an eye on that/do more research on that I realize
